As condi\u00e7\u00f5es para elegibilidade encontram-se nos itens a seguir descritos;<i><\/i><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><b>2.<\/b> A promo\u00e7\u00e3o <b>VIAGEM PROGRAMADA <\/b>da <b>CIDADE SOL<\/b> est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para compras em todos os canais de venda sendo: (Site oficial \/ Aplicativo Oficial \/ Ag\u00eancias f\u00edsicas \/ Canais Parceiros);<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><b>3.<\/b> Os descontos ser\u00e3o aplicados apenas sobre as tarifas das passagens dos trechos promocionais. Portanto, n\u00e3o est\u00e3o inclusas nos descontos as tarifas de ped\u00e1gio, seguro facultativo e de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de terminais;<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><b>4.<\/b> As tarifas promocionais ser\u00e3o v\u00e1lidas SOMENTE para a data, hor\u00e1rio, linha e trajeto constante no bilhete de passagem adquirido no per\u00edodo designado nos itens 8 e 11, para validade das ofertas;<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><b>5.<\/b> Para remarca\u00e7\u00e3o, o cliente fica desde j\u00e1 ciente de que, em sendo o valor menor do que a compra origin\u00e1ria, em raz\u00e3o da compra adquirida ter sido em valor promocional, n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 eleg\u00edvel ao reembolso da diferen\u00e7a.
